Building on the success of last year’s YAA/Theatre NI ‘Offshore Investment’ event this panel discussion will also focus on the forthcoming IPAY  (International Performing Arts for Youth) ‘Cultural Spotlight on Ireland’ which will take place in Philadelphia in 2020″

This discussion about International Touring opportunities for performance work for young audiences, will be chaired by Ciaran Walsh (Culture Ireland), with contributions from Boomer Stacey (IPAY), Paul McEneaney (Cahoots NI), & Sophie Hayles (Creative EU).
