Building on the success of last year’s YAA/Theatre NI ‘Offshore Investment’ event this panel discussion will also focus on the forthcoming IPAY  (International Performing Arts for Youth) ‘Cultural Spotlight on Ireland’ which will take place in Philadelphia in 2020″

A panel discussion focusing on international touring opportunities for performance work for young audiences, including details of practical and financial support available to artists and companies. Chaired by Ciaran Walsh (Culture Ireland), with contributions from Boomer Stacey (IPAY), Paul McEneaney (Cahoots NI), Alice McGrath (Red Bridge Arts) & Sophie Hayles (Creative EU).
