The MAC are seeking to make the following appointment:
Programming Officer – Full Time Permanent
Salary: £23-25k depending on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

- 3 ‘A’ Levels or equivalent (grade C or above)
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an events programming environment
- Experience of financial and budgetary management
- Experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders in order to build collaborative, artistic relationships
- Experience of artist contract negotiation
- Recognised industry qualification and/or related third level qualification
- Experience of working within cross art form environment
- Experience of implementing organisational strategies
- Experience of successful fundraising
- Working knowledge of the issues relating to programming an arts venue
- Experience of events programming
- Experience of venue hire negotiation and event delivery
- Experience of computerised venue or event management systems
