Purpose – To sell tickets, hospitality and Grand Opera House services to customers over the phone and in person, and ensure they receive an excellent level of customer service.
Profile – The successful candidates will be sales and marketing target focused, with at least one years’ recent work experience in a customer services/sales role. They will have experience of providing an excellent level of customer service and the ability to work as part of a team. They will be polite, confident, articulate, and friendly and have the ability to foster and maintain excellent communication and sustainable relationships with all employees, and internal & external customers.
