Two NEROPA Events: increasing diversity in theatre, film and television

A new strategy for increasing gender diversity in theatre, film and television

The world around us is diverse and colourful and half of it is made up of women.  However, theatre, film and television drama often fail to reflect this reality.  NEROPA is a new concept to reduce this imbalance in a straightforward and systematic manner.

Developed by German equality expert and researcher, Belinde Ruth Stieve, NEROPA is an easy to learn and implement technique which can ensure that a more realistic and diverse representation of society is brought to productions.
